We are exclusively recruiting for this leading Convertible Bond trading facility looking for a Head of Compliance to oversee all Compliance & Governance issues. Duties will include:

• Liaising with both internal & external parties with regards to clearance of new products
• Monitoring of business conducted by the Company
• Assist in the client on boarding process
• Assist in negotiating Client Agreements
• Ad-hoc projects & systems work

You should have solid Compliance experience from a broking/trading environment with a good understanding of Convertible Bonds and knowledge of the settlement process. Any legal experience (or qualifications) advantageous, but more important is a flexible attitude and a ‘team player’ ethos in a relatively small team.
