Our client, a leading global group, is seeking a Compliance Manager to carry out a diverse and interesting role including some travel to Luxembourg (or else based in Luxembourg with some travel to the Reading area). Reporting to the Head of Risk, Audit & Compliance (CF10 & 11), duties will include;

• Reviewing all current & proposed regulatory changes, ensure notified to the business and any required changes to Manuals & Procedures properly implemented 
• Advising management on the Compliance aspects of any proposed changes to the business or new marketing initiatives and assist in their implementation 
• Reviewing all other UK & European legal & regulatory obligations, ensure fully aware of current and proposed requirements and that compliant & effective procedures in place to meet such
• Responsibility for AML & KYC including procedures 
• Revamp and carry out regular monitoring of all areas, ensure reports properly issued and action points implemented
• Preparation of training materials to cover all above and assist in delivery

You should have several years Compliance experience with good knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes gained from a Fund Management or Life & Pensions/PWM background and a solid technical understanding of FSA rules & regulations.
