We are now looking for a new consultant to help develop our recently opened Manchester office in the heart of the financial area.  You should have at least 18 months UK compliance experience of this sector whether from a compliance department, a consultancy or a regulator, but no recruitment experience needed as we believe that doing this role does not need such (everyone has to start somewhere after all!) just common sense and an understanding of our marketplace.

 

We believe in working hard but flexibly and although would expect you to keep a normal day we will also encourage you to get out & about both to develop your contacts and to maintain an up to date knowledge of the ever changing regulatory climate (and may consider some working from home)

 

We are not sales driven e.g. do not believe in enforcing any targets,

but do offer the most generous commission structure in the sector (you earn between 33% & 75% of the income you help generate) and the opportunity to utilise our databases, facilities, marketing & personal support (including full training) as part of a developing company with a strong brand (and with the possibility of equity participation in the longer term). Additionally thanks to recent partnerships, we anticipate a lot of roles will be given to you, thus no “selling” required, just the effort & skills to identify suitable candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
